Data Deletion Instructions (English below)

Poți cere oricând ștergerea completă a datelor tale din AgențiaOnline, în două moduri:

  1. Din portal: autentifică-te pe agentieonline.com → Setări → „Șterge contul". Datele se șterg definitiv în maximum 30 de zile (conform GDPR).
  2. Prin e-mail: scrie-ne la contact@agentieonline.com de pe adresa contului tău, cu subiectul „Ștergere date". Confirmăm în 48 de ore.

Se șterg: contul, profilul de client, conexiunile OAuth (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.), rapoartele generate și datele de măsurare asociate. Deconectarea platformelor sociale se poate face separat, oricând, din Portal → Integrări sau direct din setările platformei respective.

You can request complete deletion of your data from AgențiaOnline at any time, in two ways:

  1. From the portal: log in at agentieonline.com → Settings → "Delete account". Data is permanently deleted within 30 days (GDPR).
  2. By e-mail: write to contact@agentieonline.com from your account address, subject "Data deletion". We confirm within 48 hours.

This deletes: your account, client profile, OAuth connections (Google, Meta, TikTok etc.), generated reports and associated measurement data. You can also disconnect social platforms separately at any time from Portal → Integrations or directly from the platform's own settings.
