AgentieOnline (the "Service") processes personal data only as required to provide your subscribed reporting and authenticated ChatGPT marketing-intelligence services. Data sources are your registration and business profile, encrypted OAuth tokens you authorize, and marketing-platform data (Google, Meta, TikTok) you allow us to read.
Storage: Supabase (EU region), Row Level Security enforced, encrypted at rest.
Retention: Account data kept while subscription active + 30 days after cancellation. OAuth tokens revoked at cancellation. Right to erasure: contact us within 30 days.
Third parties: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Supabase and hosting providers (authentication, storage, delivery), DataForSEO (public SEO market data), and OpenAI or Anthropic when you request an AI-powered analysis. The minimum result needed for your request is returned to the assistant you connected and processed under your account and the provider's applicable terms. OAuth tokens are never returned to ChatGPT or Claude.
Google user data (Limited Use): AgentieOnline's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The normal connection requests read-only Search Console and Analytics access solely for your own reports and requested analyses. Separately, the portal requests additional setup scopes only when you explicitly choose to create or verify a Search Console or Analytics property; that confirmed setup action can create or update the selected property and is never initiated by ChatGPT or Claude. We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AgentieOnline or other general-purpose AI models. Before private connected results are returned to an assistant, you must confirm either that you use a provider workspace where app data is not used for general model training, or that you disabled model improvement in your personal assistant account and will keep it disabled while connected. This confirmation is versioned and recorded. Do not submit conversations containing connected data as provider feedback unless you intentionally choose to share them under that provider's terms. You can revoke access anytime from Integrations or your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Cookies: session cookie for auth + lang preference cookie. No tracking cookies.
